Trying out a new marinade recipe for grilled chicken.
The recipe above is my plan for next time - I decreased the thyme and tarragon amounts.

Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon powdered onion
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
(I used smoky paprika) - ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon tarragon (optional)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
Instructions:
- Mix spices in a large ziplock bag.
- Add in oil and viengar, squish around to mix.
- Add 2 chicken breast, and cover well with marinade.
- Press air out of bag.
- Let marinate for 30 minutes to an hour, spreading marinade over chicken every 10 or 15 minutes.
- Grill normally, maybe 5 minutes per side depending on heat of your charcoal.
