Tomato Avocado and Artichoke Salad

I wanted a salad to go with last night's left overs, and I was out of greens. So I made a Tomato Avocado and Artichoke Salad for our second kitchen renovation dinner.

Mohammara

I had some mohammara when at a deli with my mom. I finally got around to making my own version.

California Wheels

I wanted to make an appetizer for a 'California'  themed potluckm so I came up with California Wheels. Chicken, cream cheese, cilantro, and avocados are the main ingredients.
