Simple Sweet Potato Casserole

Since we are spending this week at a rental cabin in WA, I have been making simpler versions of our Thanksgiving foods.

 

Crock Pot Sweet Potato Casserole

For Thanksgiving this year, I am trying a crockpot version of my Sweet Potato Casserole. I made up the filling last night, so it could site overnight in the refrigerator before I cooked it.

Sweet Potato Curry

I baked up two extra sweet potatoes when prepping tomorrow's Crock Pot Sweet Potato Casserole, so I decided to make a Sweet Potato Curry for dinner.
