Scaccia Rolls with Spinach Ricotta Pesto

I wanted to make a muffin sized portion of the scaccia bread with some different fillings.

I am Carole. I like round food - pizza, calzone, cookies, pies, cakes. I also like baking with yeast, sourdough, Italian food, spinach, and the color purple!
