Cinnamon Apple Dutch Baby Casserole

 I wanted a breakfast recipe for 7, so decided to try a Cinnamon Apple Dutch Baby Casserole.
(This recipe will probably serve 4 or more, but I doubled the recipe below because we had Alex, Joanne, Ben, Brandi and mu mom with us.)
