Jam Donut Focaccoa

Doug mentioned a jelly donut focaccia recipe he saw on an Instagram video. I search and found the recipe.

I decided to make a biscotti pan size focaccia for just Doug amd me.
(My pan is 1/2 of a 9 x 13 pan, if you want to double this recip for more people.)

Chocolate Linzer Muffins

I was thinking of chocolate and raspberries, so I decided to make up this recipe. The original recipe calls the St Galler Kloster Muffins - they are a Swiss-ified (by adding chocolage) Linzer tart muffin.

 I wanted to make some cookies for Joanne - she said she likes dark chocolate cookies, so I decided to try out a new recipe. My mom helped!

Feta Date Focaccia with Apple Date Jam

December is snack month for Property committee. Doug suggested I use some of the dates we had on hand. I adapted my focaccia recipe a bit, and made up a Feta Date Focaccia with Apple Date Jam.
