Chocolate Bacon Walnut Cookies

I decided I wanted to try bacon chocolate chip cookies, and sort of mixed two recipes together.

I am Carole. I like round food - pizza, calzone, cookies, pies, cakes. I also like baking with yeast, sourdough, Italian food, spinach, and the color purple! I am planning to post recipes that I am making here to share with my friends and in case I want to refer to them again.
