Apple Strudel Ebelskivers

I wanted to try a sweet version of the ebelskivers, and apple is supposed to be traditional. This recipe made 35 eblskivers - enough for 5 or 6 people.

Potato with Bacon and Mushroom Ebelskivers

My Cisco Champions elf sent me a ebelskiver pan - it is a cool round pan that makes new round food I never had heard of before. I had it in use within 4 hours of its arrival!

Cream Cheese Puff Pastries

My mom wanted a 'nicey' - a sweet baked breakfast treat - this time she thought it should contain cream cheese and maybe icing. I decided to help her make a cream cheese puff pastries in my new Silpat muffin pan (the pan was my birthday present  from her!)

Chocolate Pecan Caramel Kringle

It's Jennifer's birthday today, so I made my first Kringle. Actually, it's King Arthur's #bakealong version of Kringle, with a Chocolate Pecan Caramel topping. (I made 4, and will take 3 to social hour tomorrow.)
