Peach Crostata

Sue had several very ripe peaches, so I made up a Peach Crostata.

  

Peach Pie

Doug suggested I should make a peach pie with some fresh nectarines we bought at Costco. I made my favorite lattice pie crust with a peach pie recipe.  

Blechkuchen

I was looking to re-create a Swiss berry tart I had in Kanderstag a couple of years ago. Doug also had bought canned peaches to get a can for a Scout project. So my mom and I made a Swiss Peach Tart called a Blechkuchen - for sheet pan cake. We used blueberries and the peaches.

We bought carrots at Costco, so I looked for recipes using carrots and sourdough, and made my version of Morning Glories.
