I made up some cookies from a recipe that used a Ghirardelli brownie mix from Costco. I did not hget around to posting the recipe, so found another recipe this time around that I tweaked abiot and am now posting.

Fudge Babies (or Gluten Free Rum Balls)

Fudge babies - these are mostly walnuts, dates, and chocolate. I just learned I like dates...
With a small variation, you can make them as gluten free rum balls.
