Soft and Creamy Sweet Potatoes

We were trying for a simpler meal this year. Instead of sweet potato casserole, I made sweet potatoes in the Instant Pot.

For a small Thanksgiving meal, I made an whole chicken in the Instant Pot.

I served it with stuffing, green beans, sweet potato, and cranberry sauce.
