Chocolate Linzer Muffins

I was thinking of chocolate and raspberries, so I decided to make up this recipe. The original recipe calls the St Galler Kloster Muffins - they are a Swiss-ified (by adding chocolage) Linzer tart muffin.

 

Chocolate Cherry Sourdough Muffins

I tweaked my Chocolate Sourdough Muffin recipe a bit to make Chocolate Cherry Sourdough Muffins - some of which I shared with Emily.

Cherry Topped Chocolate Mini Muffins

I bought some tart dried cherries at Costco for Doug for ice cream add ins. He did not appear very enthusiastic - I think he really wanted sweet cherry syrup. So I decided make some mini Cherry Topped Chocolate Sourdough Muffins with part of them.



   

Banana Chocolate Chip Sourdough Mini Muffins

Doug bought ripe bananas. From Costco. A couple of days passed.

In Florida, ripe bananas quickly become too ripe. I made Banana Chocolate Chip Sourdough Mini Muffins and Chocolate Banana Chocolate Chip Sourdough Mini Muffins - and the bananas are gone.

I decided to make some Chocolate Sourdough Muffins - mini of course!



Last night I made up a sponge that I decided this morning to split between these mini muffins and an Overnight Sourdough Bread.
   

Mini Chocolate Mint Cupcakes

So it's my birthday. Doug plans to make me a cake (brave man baking for a foodie...), but I offered to bake some treats for social hour tomorrow. These are mini chocolate mint cupcakes.
