Bourbon Bacon Brussels Sprouts Gratin

Doug challenged me to make a Brussles sprouts pie with bourbon, bacon, and molasses. Since I did not have any molasses on hand, and I wanted to finish the sprouts tonight, I took his challenge as a suggestion and made a Bourbon Bacon Brussels Sprouts Gratin in my new pie dish!

Pecan Pie

So it is Pi Day. I thought Doug would like pecan pie, which I have not made in a long while. This version has a bit of bourbon for flavoring, and some chocolate on part of it (for me!)

Honey Bourbon Caramel Loquat Apple Pie

The loquats are in season (well, mostly), so I decided to make a Honey Bourbon Caramel Loquat Apple Pie. With a touch of bourbon, because that was in the recipe I was adapting.
