Cream Cheese Puff Pastries

My mom wanted a 'nicey' - a sweet baked breakfast treat - this time she thought it should contain cream cheese and maybe icing. I decided to help her make a cream cheese puff pastries in my new Silpat muffin pan (the pan was my birthday present  from her!)

Banana Chocolate Chip Sourdough Mini Muffins

Doug bought ripe bananas. From Costco. A couple of days passed.

In Florida, ripe bananas quickly become too ripe. I made Banana Chocolate Chip Sourdough Mini Muffins and Chocolate Banana Chocolate Chip Sourdough Mini Muffins - and the bananas are gone.

Quick Sourdough Waffles

I brought my mom in West Virginia some of my sourdough starter. Today I made us all some sourdough waffles. I modified an overnight recipe a smidge to make waffles right now.

Eggs in Clouds

I thought a recipe for Eggs in Clouds I saw on Tasty looked fun, but I decided to make a variation.
(Notes: sucking egg yolks up into a water bottle and squirting them out later is not the best way I have found to separate eggs.)
