Feta Date Focaccia with Apple Date Jam

December is snack month for Property committee. Doug suggested I use some of the dates we had on hand. I adapted my focaccia recipe a bit, and made up a Feta Date Focaccia with Apple Date Jam.

Ovochevi Konfeti (Ukranian Dried Fruit Candy)

To help raise money for my friend Audrey's ministry (Transition Orphan Assistance Foundation), I found and made some Ukranian desserts. Ovochevi Konfeti was one of them.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Silk Pie (No Bake!)

This is a Reece's pie using tofu! You can NOT taste the tofu - it mixes in well with this pie. My family all liked it (Doug, Ben, and my parents.)
