Alex wanted to slow cook a pork shoulder in our charcoal grill. We made up a recipe of his favorite Memphis Dust barbecue rub.

I decided to try an Instant Pot Pulled Pork recipe. It turned out fine!

Instant Pot Ribs

It's still Doug's birthday week, so I thought he should get some barbecue ribs. I came up with this thought kind of late in the day, so decided to try an Instant Pot recipe on some frozen ribs. This came together in about an hour.

Oven Baked Ribs

I made slow cooked Oven Baked Ribs for Alex and mom. They were almost fall-off-the-bone ribs.
