Soft and Creamy Sweet Potatoes

We were trying for a simpler meal this year. Instead of sweet potato casserole, I made sweet potatoes in the Instant Pot.


  

Apricot Brioche Rolls

I wanted to make brioche rolls for Thanksgiving, so I decided to add a touch of apricots to them. I used last week's dough recipe, and made up an apricot filling.

Stuffing for Chicken

I call this Chicken Stuffing - it is a smaller recipe that works when you just want 6 or 8 servings of stuffing. (It also works when you want Thanksgiving leftovers, but went for Thanksgiving dinner with friends.)

Crock Pot Sweet Potato Casserole

For Thanksgiving this year, I am trying a crockpot version of my Sweet Potato Casserole. I made up the filling last night, so it could site overnight in the refrigerator before I cooked it.

Butter Dipped Rolls

Butter dipped cloverleaf rolls are a traditional holiday food for the Reece family. These are a start-the-night-before-for-best-flavor recipe.
