Ingredients:
2/3 cup chocolate chips (4 to 6 ounces of semi-sweet chocolate)
1/2 cup butter
2 eggs + 2 egg yolks
1 cup powdered sugar
6 tablespoons flour
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Spray generously the wells off a mini muffin pan with PAM.
3. Melt chocolate and butter in a large bowl (over warm water or very gently in microwave.)
4. Cool 3 minutes. Stir in eggs and egg yolks until well mixed together.
5. Stir in powdered sugar and flour.
6. Use a small cookie scoop to place batter into wells of prepared mini muffin pan (batter
should be about 3/4 way up.)
7. Bake 4-6 minutes or until the edges are cooked and the centers are still soft.
8. Cool 5 minutes and carefully remove from pan.
9. Dust lightly with powdered sugar.
