Feta Chicken Pasta

I needed a dinner plan for someone who likes to cook, but is allergic to bell peppers. I decided on pasta, with chicken, spinach, and feta.

Cherry Clafoutis

I saw a recipe for a 'simply delicious cherry dessert' the same morning I had some cherries thawing.
I decided I needed a cherry pitter, and since Amazon would not deliver today, I went shopping.
I now own a cherry pitter, and have made my first clafoutis.

Dry Rubbed Grilled Chicken

We decided to have grilled chicken with vegetable skewers tonight. Here's the recipe I used.

Potato Salad

Doug asked for a simple potato salad with dinner. He requested a light touch on the mustard, and hard boiled eggs. Since he asked me to write down this recipe, I believe it was a success!
