Chimichurri

Last night I pulled a steak out of then freezer to thaw. Later in the evening, I about thought finding recipe and making a chimichurri to go with it. This is what I made.

Chocolate Linzer Muffins

I was thinking of chocolate and raspberries, so I decided to make up this recipe. The original recipe calls the St Galler Kloster Muffins - they are a Swiss-ified (by adding chocolage) Linzer tart muffin.

 

World Peace Cookies

 I saw a recipe for Dorie's World Peace Cookies, and I would like the world to have more peace now. So I baked them!
