I am Carole. I like round food - pizza, calzone, cookies, pies, cakes. I also like baking with yeast, sourdough, Italian food, spinach, and the color purple! I am planning to post recipes that I am making here to share with my friends and in case I want to refer to them again. I expect that most recipes will be slight adaptations of someone else's recipes - I'll note where the original recipe came from.
