Mini Ham and Cheese Sourdough Rolls

I wanted to make some ham and cheese rolls or  bread or something for social hour. I came up with Mini Ham and Cheese Sourdough Rolls.

Pogaca Rolls

I saw a recipe for feta and herb filled pogaca rolls that looked pretty. Since I had feta and rosemary, I had to try it today. I also made Brie pogaca rolls (show below.)
Pogaca rolls are often served for breakfast in Turkey.

Blueberry French Toast Casserole

The Youth wanted to bake as part of the Lock In activities, so I found a new-to-me recipe for a blueberry French toast casserole that we could prepare the night before. It turned out yummy!

Tomato Basil Soup

It was raining today, and I had 2 slightly wrinkled tomatoes, so I decided to make Tomato Basil Soup.
