The Youth wanted to bake as part of the Lock In activities, so I found a new-to-me recipe for a blueberry French toast casserole that we could prepare the night before. It turned out yummy!

Tomato Basil Soup

It was raining today, and I had 2 slightly wrinkled tomatoes, so I decided to make Tomato Basil Soup.

I modified a recipe a smidge to use up leftover Halloween candy and excess sour cream (mistaken for cottage cheese at Costco). It is Chocolate Sour Cream Coffee Cake Bars, and is not recommended for diabetics.
