California Wheels

I wanted to make an appetizer for a 'California'  themed potluckm so I came up with California Wheels. Chicken, cream cheese, cilantro, and avocados are the main ingredients.

Pot Roast

Doug asked for pot roast for dinner sometime, and even suggested a recent recipe from the Orlando Sentinel. So I made him pot roast and homemade bread.

Cottage Cheese Pancakes

I tried a new recipe today - cottage cheese pancakes! They are low carb and high protein.

Swedish-y Meatballs

We had no plans for dinner, so did some freezer diving. Found some old frozen meatballs, had some onions so decided to make Swedish-y Meatballs.

Plain Tea Cake Cookies

Emily asked me if I could make her some plain tea cake cookies for the Children's Moment tomorrow. She sent me a recipe that was an adaptation of Lottie Moon's Tea Cake Cookies.
I surfed the Internet last night learning about Tea Cake Cookies, and ended up making a recipe that I believe is closer to Lottie's original version.
