Pot Roast

Doug asked for pot roast for dinner sometime, and even suggested a recent recipe from the Orlando Sentinel. So I made him pot roast and homemade bread.

Plain Tea Cake Cookies

Emily asked me if I could make her some plain tea cake cookies for the Children's Moment tomorrow. She sent me a recipe that was an adaptation of Lottie Moon's Tea Cake Cookies.
I surfed the Internet last night learning about Tea Cake Cookies, and ended up making a recipe that I believe is closer to Lottie's original version.

Mini Tomato Pies

I haven't baked in days - really!
Doug mentioned something about a Scout Court of Honor tomorrow, and I have a bunch of tomatoes.
So tomato pie is a thing - I decided to try baking Mini Tomato Pies.
