So Sue wanted to make the Potatoes Provencal she saw recently to go with our Beef Wellington. Sure!

  

Beef Wellington

It turns out my sister Sue is also a foodie. She and I decided this afternoon that we would be making Beef Wellington for dinner. We went to the store for supplies, and had a feast within 3 hours of returning from the store.

   

Cinnamon-Crunch Coffee Cake

 Sue and I wanted to bake a little something maybe for breakfast, so we decided to make a coffee cake. We tried King Arthur’s recipe of the year.

Fish Tacos with Mango Slaw

Sue and I made some fish tacos tonight.   

Pecan Pie Bars

I made some pecan pie bars for Alex - and saved a few to bring up to my mom. I found a pecan pie bar recipe, and switched out the crust for my sourdough one.
