Oatmeal Craisin Cookies

I wanted to make some simple cookies, and I recall Dana said her favorites were oatmeal raisins, which I switched just a bit into Oatmeal Craisin cookies.

 

Sourdough Cubano Flatbread

I saw a photo of a Sourdough Cubano Flatbread, so I decided to try my version of it for dinner tonight.
