We have another concert tonight at Timucua -- we think it will feature classical guitarists, so I decided to learn how to make baked Spanish Beef and Olive Empanadas.They turned out like this:

Lebanese Cheese Flatbread

Doug signed us up for a concert tonight at Timucua. This might be a "bring drinks and snacks" to share night - we are not sure. Just in case, I made some Lebanese inspired snacks to go with Peter, the Lebanese-American musician who will be playing an oud. This is my version of Lebanese Cheese Flatbread (mana’eesh b' jibneh).

 

Baklawa Bites

Here is the other Lebanese inspired snacks I made today. This is my version of Lebanese Baklawa - in a bite size format. (These are going to social hour for church.)

Brazilian Cheese Bread

I wanted to bring some snacks for a Brazilian friend, so decided to make Pao de Queijo (or Brazilain Cheese Bread).

Mexican Casserole

Doug was interested in a Mexican casserole cooked in a Dutch oven for a Boy Scout Court of Honor. I cooked up this casserole:
