We were gifted an open bottle of red wine after a potluck, so I made Beef Bourguignon the next day.

 

Chocolate Dulce de Leche

I wanted to make a thick chocolate caramel filling for the cookie bars I was planning to make on Saturday. I adapted ideas from a couple of recipes, and made up a chocolate Dulce de Leche.
