I liked the look of the Lebanese pita bread I saw on King Arthur, so I started thinking about what to eat with it. I came up with Chicken Shawarma with Tumeirc Rice and Garlic Yogurt Sauce on a bed of fresh spinach.

Mediterranean Wonton Bites

The leftover wonton wrappers wanted to be used up, and so did some feta and jalapeno.

Mediterranean Pepper, Olive, and Pastrami Pasta

I had a lot of turkey pastrami left over from the weekend, and somehow found a Mediterranean Pasta with pepper, onion, and olives recipe. This works as either a warm pasta dish or a cold salad - my version served 2 for dinner.
