Buttery Sourdough Biscuits

I was making some cabbage and lentil soup, so decided make up some sourdough biscuits with my mom to go with them.

Lime Garlic Salmon

I was planning to serve lobster bisque for dinner, so I wanted a mild fish to go with or in it. I had a couple frozen salmon fillets, and I found this Lime Garlic Salmon that worked out well.

Apple Pie Bar

I had some apples I wanted to use up -they were not crisp enough for me.  I found out that they taste quite more delicious when you add butter, sugar, and cinnamon to them!

Jello Spritz Cookies

I wanted to make some red and green Christmas Spritz cookies for Living Nativity. My mom, Joanne, and I made these, and we all like how they taste.

Kissed Chocolate Cookies (Emily's Eyes)

I wanted to make a cookie using Hershey Kisses without peanuts. I decided on a chocolate base, because Emily LOVES chocolate. I'm calling them Kissed Chocolate Cookies, or Emily's Eyes.

They are for people who like chocolate with their chocolate.
