Schoggi Brotli (Chocolate Rolls)

 I saw a recipe for Schoggi Brotli when I was looking up Swiss recipes last week. I decided to make them today with my mom - they are round and chocolate and sourdough!
   

Apricot Brioche Rolls

I wanted to make brioche rolls for Thanksgiving, so I decided to add a touch of apricots to them. I used last week's dough recipe, and made up an apricot filling.

 

Soft Sourdough Dinner Rolls

I was looking for a quicker sourdough dinner roll, so I adapted a King Arthur recipe to make these. My mom is visiting, so she helped me make them.

Pogaca Rolls

I saw a recipe for feta and herb filled pogaca rolls that looked pretty. Since I had feta and rosemary, I had to try it today. I also made Brie pogaca rolls (show below.)
Pogaca rolls are often served for breakfast in Turkey.

Taco Rolls

I needed to use my sourdough starter for something, and we had some leftover taco meat. I decided to make Taco Rolls.

Parker House Rolls

Alex asked me about making rolls. I'm posting these instructions for him, along with an easier roll recipe then my Butter Dipped Rolls.

Sourdough Onion Hamburger Rolls

We were discussing dinner, and decided for hamburgers. I decided to make hamburger rolls since we did not have any, and it was another chance to use my sourdough starter.

Seeded Sourdough Rolls

Doug asked me to bake some bread for the Scout leader training class coming up next week. I decided to make some practice rolls today - and made these Seeded Sourdough Rolls. We found them quite tasty - they worked well with pastrami and cheese for a lunch sandwich with a side of red pepper slices, avocados, and home grown tomatoes.

Fluffy Dinner Rolls

My sister Libby recommended the Fluffy Dinner rolls from the recent Cook's Illustrated.
They were very tasty - here is my version.

Butter Dipped Rolls

Butter dipped cloverleaf rolls are a traditional holiday food for the Reece family. These are a start-the-night-before-for-best-flavor recipe.

Spiral Feta Rolls (Tyropsomo)

Chef's challenge - lots of leftover feta, and willing to bake while Doug is camping with the Scouts.
I ended up making Spiral Feta Rolls (Tyropsomo).
