Amish Honey Bar Cookies

Another honey recipe - I made a "Christmas cookie" version of Amish Honey Bars.

Almond and Honey Slice (or Bars)

I had other ideas for the honey Debby gave me, so I decided to make Almond and Honey Slice. (The original recipe is Australian, and calls these bar cookies a slice.)

Chocolate Chip Blondies - Sourdough

I felt like making some bars or blondies with my sourdough starter, so I made Chocolate Chip blondies.

Chocolate Sour Cream Coffee Cake Bars

I modified a recipe a smidge to use up leftover Halloween candy and excess sour cream (mistaken for cottage cheese at Costco). It is Chocolate Sour Cream Coffee Cake Bars, and is not recommended for diabetics.

Peanut Butter Halloween Bars

We had leftover Halloween candy. At our house, we buy the Costco mini chocolate bar mix. I made up some Peanut Butter Halloween Bars to use up most of it. (Well, I used the Snickers, the Grands, the KitKats, the 3 Musketeers, the Milky Ways, and the last M&Ms. We still have some other types of  candy left.)

Sourdough Chocolate Chip Bar Cookies

Doug liked yesterday's Sourdough Chocolate Chip cookies enough that he suggested making a batch to send to Alex. He also suggested making them a bar, so they would pack better. I tweaked the recipe a bit for the bar form.
