Kale and Feta Dolmades

I wanted some dolmas to go with my Mediterranean chicken, so I adapted a quick kale dolma recipe.

I liked the look of the Lebanese pita bread I saw on King Arthur, so I started thinking about what to eat with it. I came up with Chicken Shawarma with Tumeirc Rice and Garlic Yogurt Sauce on a bed of fresh spinach.

Thai Chicken in Peanut Sauce (Chicken Praram)

I wanted to try to make a chicken praram I had for dinner at a Thai restaurant last week. I found a similiar recipe, and adjusted it a bit for the ingredients I had as well as my mom and my tastes.
