Ingredients:
- 150g feta cheese (~5 ounces)
- 1 eggs
- .5 tsp of paprika
- .5 tsp of freshly ground pepper
- 30 g of flour, enough to coat the feta (1.5 ounces, 2 tablespons)
- 30 g (2 tbps) sesame seeds
- 2 tbsps of honey, warmed
Instructions:
- Preheat air fryer for 3 minutes at 400 degrees.
- Spray a small piece of aluminum foil that fits the feta and your air fryer with cooking spray
- Whip egg in a small bowl
- Mix paprika, pepper, and flour together in small bowl
- Pour sesame seeds in third small bowl
- Cut feta into cubes or chunks, maybe 3/4" square
- Coat each cube in egg, then in flour mix, back in egg, and then in sesame seeds
- Place each cube on the foil, then place the foil in your air fryer
- Bake for 5 - 7 minutes at 400 degrees, until cheese is melty enough for you
- Splash with warm honey, then serve with crackers and veggies

We liked this! This makes a 2 person lunch sized serving,
The soft salty feta and the honey had a nice contrast.
