I wanted to try a softer chocolate peanut butter cookie for Doug's backpacking trip. I made these up.
Ingredients:
- 120 gr (1/2 cup) peanut butter
- 140 gr (~5 ounces) raisins
- salt to taste (maybe 1/4 tsp)
- 30 gr (4 tablespoons) roasted, unsalted nuts (I used walnuts)
- 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 24 gr (3 tablespoons) cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup instant oatmeal
Instructions:
- Whirr all ingredients in a food processor and combine until very smooth.
- As needed, add some additional oatmeal
