Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
- 1 1/2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon finely diced dill pickle
- 1 teaspoon brown spicy mustard
- Pinch or two of ground black pepper
- Pinch or two of onion powder
Instructions:
- Mix mayonnaise, yogurt, and ketchup together in a small bowl.
- Mix in diced pickles, mustard, ground pepper and mustard.
- If using for a salad dressing, add in a tablespoon or so of milk to thin.
Carole's Notes:
This is pretty simple, but I thought I would record it since I don't like bottled salad dressings. I like the sweet to tangy proportions.I use the thicker dressing on sandwiches, and the thinned version on salads.
