Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars

I was looking for a healthish dessert, so made these.


Ingredients: 

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar 
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • about 3 ounces chocolate chips
       

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F. Prepare a brownie 9" x 9" pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, add the eggs, sugar, oil, peanut butter, and vanilla. whisk until smooth.
  3. Add in the flour, oatmeal, salt, cinnamon, and baking powder. Fold through until a thick batter forms.
  4. Stir in the chocolate chip, the press batter to the prepared pan.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown. remove from oven.
  6. Let cool completely before slicing into bars,
