Lunar New Year Snake

I made a Lunar New Year snake for Joanne. It was a mix of a boa constrictor coloring, and a twisty snake.  (I hope Rocky does not eat it!)

The snake was about 2 feet long.

Adapted mostly from https://www.suviscrochet.com/post/red-tailed-boa-constrictor -- I made the head larger, added a forked tongue. For the 14 stitches in the main body, I used the sc 7, hdc 7 for each row to cause the twisting. A loose stuffing allowed the body to twist.
