Almond Flour Pasta

I wanted to try an almond flour pasta, so tried this out to make some cannellini cannelloni.
  

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (115 gr) almond flour 
  • 1 cup (115 gr) tapioca flour (I ran out, so subbed in 15 gr whole wheat flour)
  • 1 egg, room temperature
  • 2 tablespoons water
 

Instructions:

  1. Mix the dry ingredients together in a large bowl
  2. Make a well in the flours, stir together egg and water, and stir in the dry ingredients
  3. Knead dough until it becomes a smooth ball
  4. Flatten into a disk, cover with wrap, and let rest for 30 minutes or so
