I wanted to try an almond flour pasta, so tried this out to make some cannellini cannelloni.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup (115 gr) almond flour
- 1 cup (115 gr) tapioca flour (I ran out, so subbed in 15 gr whole wheat flour)
- 1 egg, room temperature
- 2 tablespoons water
Instructions:
- Mix the dry ingredients together in a large bowl
- Make a well in the flours, stir together egg and water, and stir in the dry ingredients
- Knead dough until it becomes a smooth ball
- Flatten into a disk, cover with wrap, and let rest for 30 minutes or so
