Stuffing Soup

Since Joanne likes soup, I was looking for a Christmas leftover soup. I found a recipe for Stuffing Soup!

Lime Garlic Salmon

I was planning to serve lobster bisque for dinner, so I wanted a mild fish to go with or in it. I had a couple frozen salmon fillets, and I found this Lime Garlic Salmon that worked out well.

Roasted Duck

Joanne wanted to know if we could have duck for Christmas, so I roasted my first duck.

 

Roll-Out Christmas Cookies

We started a tradition several years back cut-out and decorate cookies at Christmas. Everyone helped with cutting out and decorating of the cookies - I do the rolling part. Some years the dough worked better than others.

I've been in search of a preferred recipe, and this year's was a success! I'm posting them for the future!
