Ingredients:
- 110 grams all purpose flour (this is a scant cup)
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon white sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon white salt
- 2 tablespoons butter, cut up a bit into smaller bits
- 3.5 ounces milk (or 1/4 cup milk, + spoonful of Greek Yogurt, and more milk to make 3.5 ounces)
- option - 1 ounce cheddar, shredded
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 450. Place silpat sheet on cookie sheet.
- Whirr dry ingredients + butter chunks together in a food processor.
- Pulse in milk in short burts, until dough starts to form clumps the size of a hazel nut.
- Dump dough onto lightly floured surface.
- Form dough into a rectangle
(Cover with 1/2 or so of cheese if using) - Fold dough over and press out a couple of times

- Quarter with a sharp knife, place on cookie sheet.
- Bake for about 10 minutes - should puff up, and be golden brown on edges and bottom.
