Blueberry Protein Breakfast Bake

I saw a recipe for a  low carb Blueberry Protein Breakfast Bake, and tried it today since I had all teh ingredients.

  

Pulled Pork Rub

I decided to add some rub to the Costco pulled pork - this provides a bit ore flavor when you don't want to add barbecue sauce.

Doug likes barbecure baked beans, so I made up some for him to go tith some pulled potk.
