Pillowy Cinnamon Rolls

I wanted to make King Arthur's Perfectly Pillowy Cinnamon Rolls - but I decided to change the filling and the topping. I polled a small audience, and they voted for an apple cinnamon filling. I decided on a brown sugar glaze instead of an icing. I also made a double recipe so Doug could have several, and we could share.

 

Chocolate Butterscotch Oatmeal Cookies

Some days ago, I accidentally bought some butterscotch chips when there was a 2 for 1 sale (I did get one pack of semisweet chocolate as well.) After reviewing some recipes, I planned to make chocolate peanut butter oatmeal cookies with a mix of chocolate and butterscotch chips. I made some adjustments to a previous recipe for Peanut Butter Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies to make these:

Greek Salad Pizza

I had been gardening all morning, in part trimming my massive rosemary down to a large plant. I wanted something with rosemary in it, so decided to make a Greek Salad Pizza.
