Ingredients:
- 1 pouch (6 oz) tuna, drained and flaked
- 1/4 cup minced Vidalia onions
- 1/2 teaspoons Liquid smoke
(I might use 1 teaspoon Liquid smoke for a smoky flavor next time.) - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 - 2 tablespoons kale, minced finely (or use parsley)
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika (You could use smoky paprika)
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
Instructions:
- In food processor or bowl, combine tuna, smoke flavor, and spices.
- Mix in onions and then cream cheese.
- Form into ball and chill for several hours or overnight.
