Ingredients:
- 40 oz can of yams, drained
- 8 ounces pineapple bits
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon clove
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/4 pineapple juice
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3/4 cup walnuts or pecans, chopped
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/4 cup flour
Instructions:
- Mash up yams, fold in pineapple bits
- Mix in cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, juices, and brown sugar
- Mix nuts, brown sugar, butter, and flour together
- Sprinkle topping over sweet potatoes
- Bake at 350 for 20 to 30 minutes
