Lemon Bars

Doug mentioned lemon bars this week, so I decided to make him some.
(If he asks I will tell him that I used tofu instead of eggs and butter in the lemon topping!)

Sourdough Popovers

We had some leftover Mexican soup, and my sourdough starter had not been used in awhile.
This start led me to make cheesy sourdough popovers!

I wanted to find a use for some dried chilis I bought awhile ago, so I made some Mexican soup.

Mini Ham, Cheese, and Veggie Quiches

I had a lot of sour cream from Costco, and 'a something' to bring to a party. Since I also had some leftover ham, I decided to make savory Mini Ham, Cheese, and Veggie Quiches. I think Jackie will like them!
