I finally made Scottish Tablet - I offered it as a treat for folks that gave a donation to the Transition Orphan Assistance Foundation mission at the WPPC Global Christmas Market.

Playing chef's challenge - I had vidalia onions, Feta cheese, and brined artichokes. A bit of googling. Ok, a pressure cooker risotto would be dinner tonight!
I thought a recipe for Eggs in Clouds I saw on Tasty looked fun, but I decided to make a variation.
(Notes: sucking egg yolks up into a water bottle and squirting them out later is not the best way I have found to separate eggs.)
