Rosquillas (Nicaraguan corn masa cookies)

Trying new recipe to share at the WPPC Living Nativity tomorrow night - Rosquillas (Nicaraguan corn masa cookies - gluten free!) The rosaquillas are sprinkled with my version of brown loaf sugar.
